Hannah has always been interested in understanding, helping and supporting people to overcome challenges in their lives. Over the last 10 years she has qualified in BSc Biological Sciences, MSc Psychology, Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). Trying to thrive in today’s society is becoming increasingly difficult for all ages; whether you are at school, university, in the workplace, doing sport or even at home. Hannah understands how it feels to cope with life’s pressures and this is one of the reasons why she is passionate about helping others overcome their struggles. Everyone thinks, feels and acts differently, so she works closely with a client to understand them as an individual in order to find out exactly what it is they need to move forward. Each client is unique and so is the way Hannah works with them, giving them the tools to help create long-lasting changes in their lives.
