After a successful career working as a senior manager and management consultant in the Financial services sector, the direction of my life changed when I was diagnosed with end stage liver disease in 2015. Over the next two years my health deteriorated, and I was placed on the transplant list. During this time, I observed the significance of the emotional condition that my family, fellow patients and myself experienced that in many ways equalled that of the physical challenges. In September 2017 I was the blessed recipient of a transplant. As I recovered, I became more conscious of how state of mind can support physical health and lead to a fulfilled life, no matter what challenges are faced. This led me to seek a way that I could perhaps help others and in turn inspired me to train to become a therapist. I trained in the discipline of Cognitive Hypnotherpy, which I discovered to be a really effective way of helping people, whether in deep emotional crisis, or helping them resolve other aspects of life.

I will be your guide so you can find your own solutions with skilled assistance. During our sessions you are always in control, and together we will find the most effective approach to work within your model of the world.

Working in this way involves a higher level of skill than many traditional Hypnotherapy models and enables me to provide you with a variety of tools and interventions to provide you with sustainable solutions.

I am a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist certified by the National Council for Hypnotherapy. I have a Master Practitioner’s qualification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and I am a certified Coach. I trained and qualified at the renowned Quest Institute at Regents University in London.
